How to Order

All orders must be placed through our website only and orders must be placed with a minimum of 3 to 5 days notice as long as we have availability.

**For custom orders, a minimum of 7 to 10 days notice is required as long as we have availability.

To secure your order for a specific date, it must be placed by purchasing through our website. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. If Key's Cakery is unable to fulfill the order at the requested date and time, we will notify you ASAP via email and issue a 100% refund.
